What does "backorder" mean?
|
|
|
If you add an item to your basket and a message tells
you that the item is on backorder, it means that we are
waiting for the manufacturer to deliver it to us. A
future date that the item is expected to ship will be
displayed. Once this item is available, it will be
immediately shipped out.

"no longer available" mean?

If you add an item to your basket and a message tells
you that the item is no longer available and no backorder
date is given, it means the item is not in stock and no
longer available for purchase.

Do I have to
pay sales tax?

Local sales tax will be charged in Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania. (In PA , add 6% sales tax on accessories, roomwares, and shipping & handling).
Some states tax shipping charges in addition to purchases. Those states are Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma.

How do I return an item?
|
|
|
We want you to be satisfied. Please return any item within 60 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. After 60 days we'll be glad to issue a merchandise credit. Follow the instructions on the return form on the back of your packing slip. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We cannot accept open or used cosmetics; worn swimsuits or lingerie; or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.
Just follow the instructions on the return form on the back of your packing slip (DON'T THROW OUT YOUR PACKING SLIP - IT'S YOUR RECEIPT!)

Order Status
If you placed an order on the web or on the phone in the U.S. or Canada, you can check your order status online. We'll tell you when the order/return was processed, how and when your order was shipped, along with an order recap and tracking number if applicable. Just click on the "Order Status" link located at the top of the home page or click here. You will need your order number and billing zip code (Order numbers are e-mailed if a valid e-mail address was given at the time of purchase). If you ordered outside the U.S. and have questions about your order, please call us at 1-614-212-5953, 7 days a week, 8am to midnight EST, or email us.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, not including holidays and there is no weekend service for our Express or Next Day delivery option.
Standard Shipping
Shipping within the US takes 7-10 days
International orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks
3-5 DAY Express Shipping
To the Continental US takes 3-5 Business Days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Add 1 day to orders placed after 1P EST. Express shipping to AK, HI, Puerto Rico is an additional $10. Not available in American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, the Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Canada, Europe, Japan or the rest of the world.
2 DAY Business Shipping
For all orders placed prior to 1pm EST shipping to Continental US, the package will arrive on the 2nd Business Day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Not available to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, the Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Canada, Europe, Japan or the rest of the world.
OVERNIGHT
For all orders placed prior to 1pm EST shipping to Continental US, the package will arrive on the next Business Day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Saturday Delivery
Orders must be placed by Friday before 1pm EST to arrive in the current week. Any orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will arrive on the following Saturday.

Rates for regular shipping (10 days) to addresses in the United States are based upon the total cost of your merchandise. * Additional handling charge will be applied to free shipping orders. Free shipping offer is valid for the U.S. only.

You will be charged shipping & handling only once. Any subsequent backorder item shipped in a separate package will not incur an additional shipping & handling charge. There are express options available for in-stock items at an additional cost. These charges are in addition to the regular charges listed above: 3-5 day for $7.95 extra (to AK, HI and PR: $10 extra); 2nd business day for $11.95 extra (not available to AK, HI and PR); overnight for $16.95 extra (not available to AK, HI and PR); Saturday delivery for $26.95 extra (not available in all areas). Overnight shipping and Saturday delivery are not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, 3-5 day is available for an additional $10. Express shipping is NOT available to P.O. Boxes, for out-of-stock items, or for some oversized items like furniture. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.

With the exception of Canada, All international orders are held until all items are in-stock and can be shipped complete. Upon shipment, please allow 7-15 days for delivery. We do not offer express delivery to Canadian or international addresses. Free shipping offer is valid for the U.S. only.

Adding to an Order
If you need to make an immediate change to your order or cancel your order, please call us toll-free at 1-888-502-5569, 7 days a week, 8am to midnight EST. For all other questions or concerns, you can email us. Include as much information about your order as possible, starting with your order number, your first & last name and your billing zip code.
Address Validation
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Orders Status" link provided in the email or from the home page. In some cases a UPS tracking number may be provided for convenient tracking at UPS.com. We cannot include tracking number in ship confirmation.

What is an Alloy Gift Card/E-Gift Card? |

An Alloy Gift Card comes in two forms: a plastic card and an e-mailed E-Gift Card. Both types of cards work similar to a debit card and may be applied to Alloy purchases as further described below, up to the amount for which it was issued, including merchandise, shipping charges (for online and phone orders) and taxes.
The Gift Card arrives in our signature Gift Card folder with our latest catalog and includes your own personal message.
E-Gift Cards are available in 6 designs (wow!) and are delivered via e-mail.

When ordering by phone, your Customer Sales Representative will ask you for your Gift Card/E-Gift Card number and PIN code.

How long does it take to deliver a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Plastic Gift Cards are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail, within 24 hours of your order, pending credit card authorization. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
E-Gift Cards are sent via e-mail and usually arrive in the lucky recipient's in-box within 24 hours pending credit card authorization. Please note that a number of factors could prevent an E-Gift Card from being delivered, such as an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter. If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, we will gladly issue a new card.

Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card or E-Gift Card? |

If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, don't worry, we will issue a new card. The best way to ensure an E-Gift Card has been received is to check with the sure-to-be happy recipient.

Alloy Gift Cards/E-Cards (are redeemable for merchandise and applicable towards shipping and taxes at the time of checkout. A Card is not a debit/credit card, has no implied warranties and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Card carries no expiration date and will be voided if altered or defaced.
